Borrowed Time Chardonnay 2018
“I have been coming back to Lodi since my first visit in 1995. I love the big, ripe fruit that Lodi has to offer. The chardonnay tends to have lots of peach and apricot flavors and a decadence in the mid-palate. My goal for this wine was to support the naturally rich style with bright fruit characteristics and acid. A touch of vanilla from French oak and time on the lees round out the complete wine. This is a California chardonnay with elegance and opulence to pair with food or enjoy on the patio at the end of the day." - Arthur O’Connor, Winemaker
FLAVORS: ripe peach, apricot, light butter notes
