Do I have to be a Cru Member to order?
Yes, you do need to be a Cru Member to order from us at this time. Don't have internet access? We can set up your Cru Member profile over the phone! We will be offering public buying options later this year! We restrict ordering to adults over 21 years of age.
Do I have to order online?
No! You can call or text us any time to place an order. Our team of Certified Sommeliers will be happy to assist you!
What are my delivery options?
We offer local delivery within our Denver area. Deliveries are free for orders over $100. Our delivery fee is $10 per address for orders under $100. We also offer once-monthly delivery to the mountains. An adult over 21 years of age must be present to receive for delivery. Learn more about Wine Ship delivery
Can you ship out of state or outside your delivery area?
We partner with UPS for deliveries outside of our specific delivery areas. Fees vary and availability is based on each state's unique liquor laws. We are able to ship to many domestic addresses, but due to restrictions placed by some state liquor control boards, we cannot ship to the following: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Vermont. Additionally, we cannot ship to APOs, FPOs, PO boxes or addresses outside the US. As always, an adult over 21 years of age must be present to sign upon delivery.

Can you deliver or ship during the summer when the weather is hot?
We recommend avoiding UPS Ground deliveries during the summer months.
Can you cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted?
We review each order carefully before fulfilling. If you need to modify or cancel, please call us as soon as possible at (970) 618 - 6257 and we will assist you.
Can I track my package?
Orders shipped via UPS will have a tracking number associated with the shipment. If you would like to check on the status of an order that is out for delivery, please call (970) 618 - 6257 and we do our best to give you an update.
Can I return a product?
We will be happy to issue a store-credit on any faulty bottle you report within 10 days of delivery or pickup. Wine is a natural product, and on rare occasions, it is possible to receive a "bad" bottle. We do not offer return shipping. DUE TO THE PRESENCE OF DEADLY COVID19 WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN BOTTLES TO THE SHOP. Please call us at (970) 618 - 6257 to request a return credit.
