Sonoma Stage Vineyard, Petaluma Gap A.V.A., Sonoma Valley

The vineyards of this Sonoma subregion, an area known for its fog and cooling wind patterns, produce the exquisite grapes for this whisper-pink wine. The fruit was hand-harvested in the early morning hours to preserve the freshness, natural acidity, and bright flavor profile. Acid structure in wine is so important when it comes to designing a menu and this gorgeous cuvée presents countless pairing opportunities.

Made of 100% Pinot Noir and made in the same method as Champagne, this bubbly offers fine a mousse and creamy texture on the palate. You’ll taste notes of melon, nectarine, Rainier cherry, and pomegranate with a long, mouthwatering finish.
